This large and comfortable vacation home with beautiful mountain views is located on a private, heavily wooded ridge conveniently 1.7 miles from Lake Lure Marina and 2.7 miles from Chimney Rock State Park. The home has 3 levels of bright and airy rooms decorated in a mountain lodge theme. After a day spent hiking in Chimney Rock State Park, or boating on the pristine waters of Lake Lure, come home to your own mountain lodge and enjoy a soothing soak in your private hot tub under the stars.
dining area have vaulted ceilings and large windows with expansive views of mountains and woods. Sliding glass doors out of the living area lead to a deck which runs the width of the house and is furnished for outdoor dining. Breakfast is wonderful on the deck or you can prepare steaks on the charcoal grill. Everything is provided in the fully equipped kitchen to prepare a meal for a large group. On this level are also 2 bedrooms, one with a king and one with a queen, and a full bath.
Large windows let in lots of light and have beautiful woodland views. A multitude of games, puzzles and books also wait to entertain you.
The master bedroom, which is tucked away on the top level, is very private and has a king bed and a spacious bath. There is also an open loft with a futon sofa overlooking the great room which has a fantastic view of the mountains.
